She's Royalty Couture orders are shipped Mondays -Fridays from San Francisco to all International areas of delivery via the United States Postal Service. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible, and our customer care team is always available to answer any additional questions you might have in regards to the shipment of your She's Royalty Couture order. TAXES AND DUTIES
Our international Queens are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will NOT appear on your She's Royalty Couture invoice, but will be presented by USPS upon your receipt of your package.
Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on a number of factors, included but not limited to, the category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonised Code(HS) system and the value of the product. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the following:
- Original shipping charges
- Customs/duties/fees
- Return shipping charges
Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Once an order is submitted unfortunately we will not be able to edit the order.

If your shipment is scheduled to be shipped on one of these dates, it will be shipped on the following business day.
We are not responsible if USPS changes the estimated shipping date for a package after it is shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once a your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the United States Postal Service’s website. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom left of the email. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time your shipping label is generated to when it shows movement on the package. Please note some countries might not be trackable until the package has cleared customs in the scheduled destination.
