TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the United States Postal Service’s website. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom left of the email. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time your shipping label is generated to when it shows movement on the package.
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Once an order is submitted unfortunately we will not be able to edit the order.
PO BOXES
We currently deliver to PO Boxes all over the US and of course orders over $125 gets free shipping!
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away at customercare@SheSRoyaltyCouture.com..
Once your package is delivered to the address placed on the order, we cannot be responsible for the lost or stolen package. For lost packages after delivery, please contact the United Postal Service at www.usps.com/help/claims.
MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

If your shipment is scheduled to be shipped on one of these dates, it will be shipped on the following business day.
We are not responsible if USPS changes the estimated shipping date for a package after it is shipped.
